What we are asked most often.
Is this compatible with my exact model?
Fill out the form when placing your order by providing us with: the make, model, and year of your motorcycle. You can also specify the references for any modified fairings in the notes.
All of our decal kits are adaptable to your motorcycle.
How long will it take to receive my kit?
Mock-up lead time: 7 days maximum depending on its complexity. On average 4 days if we are using pre-made kits.
Included in this timeframe are several rounds of feedback with you until the mock-up is approved.
Production time: 2 days
Delivery time: Collection from our workshop on Reunion Island. For international orders, we will inform you of the approximate lead time provided by the delivery company (1 to 2 weeks).
Is the installation complicated?
No. The kit is provided with clear installation instructions. A clean, dry, and well-prepared surface is sufficient to obtain a neat result.
What if I don't like the design?
It is important to establish the most precise specifications possible for your expectations so that the first deliverable is as close as possible to your wishes.
We offer up to 3 free revisions.
If I fall, will the sticker kit tear?
Our kits are designed with vinyls and laminates suitable for motorcycle use.
For motocross, we use 1500-micron laminate, which is suitable for extreme riding such as enduro.
Minor falls into rocks and trees will cause small scratches.
In the event of a heavy fall, we have found that the decal kit may partially tear without damaging the surface of your fairings. You will therefore only need to replace the decal kit.
Can I order just part of the kit?
Yes, we have 3 scenarios:
1) You wish to order number plate backgrounds only.
Go to our "Motocross and enduro graphic kit" subcategory. When purchasing the number plate backgrounds, you can specify your Name, First name, Flag, Race number, as well as the desired colors and design.
2) You have already purchased a kit from us.
Following a fall, one or more parts of your graphic kit have been damaged, and you wish to have them partially replaced. We keep all our work on file. We can therefore proceed with reprinting the affected parts. Contact us via the contact form, by email, telephone, or social media.
3) You have never purchased a kit from us.
Contact us via the contact form, by email, telephone, or social media with a description or a photo of your wishes, and we will provide you with an estimate within 48 hours.
How long does the kit last?
5 years minimum under normal use.
We use polymeric vinyl with extra-strong adhesive, particularly for motocross/enduro/supermoto kits.
Laminates ranging from 800 microns (large displacement bikes) to 1500 microns (cross/enduro/supermoto).
The lifespan of your graphics kit will also depend on how you maintain it. Visit the "Tutorial" section to find out more.
How do I maintain my decal kit?
Can be cleaned with water, soap, dish soap, or car/motorcycle shampoo.
Avoid any products that could dissolve the adhesive or are too abrasive.
A high-pressure washer can be used from a distance of 50cm. Do not aim the spray at the edges of the kit.
Important: after washing, dry your motorcycle using a blower or a cloth.
Regular cleaning extends the lifespan of your graphics kit.
How do I maintain my rim decal kit?
Can be cleaned with water, soap, dish soap, or car/motorcycle shampoo.
Avoid any products that dissolve glue or are too abrasive.
High-pressure cleaners can be used from a distance of 50cm. Do not direct the spray toward the edges of the kit.
Important: after washing, dry your motorcycle using a blower or a cloth.
In case of extreme use, wash your rims the same day, the next day, or at the latest the day after. The accumulation of grease, dust, and mud over an extended period weakens the hold of your graphics.
